WW2 US Flare Signal Gun

Part of the personal collection — not for sale

This is a genuine WW2 American military flare signal gun from the personal collection of Chris Voorhees. Signal/flare pistols were standard-issue equipment for US forces across all theaters of the Second World War, used for field communication, distress signaling, and battlefield illumination.

The M8 and M9 signal pistols were the most widely issued variants, chambered for 37mm signal cartridges. Lightweight and reliable, they were carried by infantry, airborne troops, and aircrew alike. This example retains its original finish and markings, making it a fine representative piece of American WW2 small arms history.

All weapons in this collection are deactivated or inert and are maintained purely as historical artifacts for educational purposes.
